I set up Be-ond to enable business development and sustainable growth without barriers.  The ability to see and promote 'change without limits' in any organisation, provides the opportunity to maximise potential.

I have specialised in recent years in the use of technology to enable change, and have successfully led a programme of change at HB Education over several years that has assisted them in reaching a very profitable sale of the business in January 2019.  I am proud of what my team and I delivered, and it was a great time to make my decision to move on to new challenges and to create Be-ond.

Change has its barriers, and these barriers naturally result in actions that limit our potential.  I am passionate about the people side of change, and work hard to break down these barriers to take you beyond your initial expectations.

I am an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager and Change Specialist with a track record of delivering large scale people, process and technology changes.

I have worked successfully as Head of Business Change for HB Education for 8 years, including PGL Travel. My knowledge of business process in the educational travel sector is extensive and I am considered a specialist in this industry. I have also worked with a number of organisations on a wide variety of initiatives through Cheeky Monkey Business Solutions, where I delivered change and project management initiatives on a consultancy basis.

I am an accomplished and creative Change Manager with experience in leading and developing high performing projects that have delivered innovative business solutions through the design and implementation of bespoke technology combined with business process change. I have worked closely with IT teams to maximise the potential efficiency that technology can bring, while maintaining a focus on the people side of change.

I have extensive experience leading and developing teams, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and the removal of barriers in order to progress change.
